If you're not happy with your Premium subscription, email support@backpain.ai within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no hard feelings.
You can cancel anytime. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and future renewals stop. We don't provide partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a period.
Manage or cancel your subscription from your accountpage, or email us and we'll take care of it.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or provider.
